Valuations
What it is worth, and why.
A valuation from Air 1st is based on what comparable MU-2 airframes have actually transacted at — including aircraft we sold ourselves — rather than a published book figure that no buyer is using.
You get the number and the reasoning: which comparables, what drove the spread, and what specifically about your aircraft moves it up or down. If there is something worth doing before you sell, we will say so, even when that means waiting.
What we will ask for
- Year, model, serial number and registration
- Total time on the airframe
- Engine times since overhaul and hot section
- Propeller status and AD compliance
- Avionics fit
- Paint and interior — age and condition
- Damage history, if any
- Recent maintenance and inspection status
